I ship all orders 1-3 business days after purchase, unless my shop is on vacation for a convention or other event. A notice will be posted in my shop if this is the case!

Once an order is shipped the shipping time will vary based on the shipping method you choose.

Please understand that once I drop an order off at the post office I can't control how fast it is shipped. That is in control of the postal system!

Once the item is handed over to the post office, unfortunately I can't guarantee the condition of the package. I take precautions while packaging orders to try and ensure that it will arrive to you safely.

If the item arrives to you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact me with images of the damaged product within one week of arrival. I will be happy to arrange a refund/exchange if possible.

After the one week I am no longer accountable for the damaged goods. Therefore no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

I am based in the United States so shipping generally takes 2-10 days domestic and 1-4 weeks internationally.
International packages may be subject to customs checks which can slow down a shipment. Sometimes there can be other delays outside of my control, so please be patient with both the postal system and myself.

Packages won't be considered lost until 21 days after shipping (Domestic) and 41 days (International). After this time we will try to arrange a replacement or refund.

If an order is lost due to an incorrect delivery address, I will not replace the order. Please make sure a correct address is given at checkout!
